The "2" may indicate that you may need option 2820, this will carry a window sash weight range of 12 through 16 pounds;
The "D" may indicate you need to choose option 2840, this will carry a window sash weight range of 23 through 28 lbs.
Remove the window sash and put it on a scale, if these options do not fit your needs reply with the actual window sash weight, we would be happy to make a recommendation accordingly.
