Need to replace this balance support that had (2) 5.5 coils in it

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the coil springs and pivot shoe they attach to fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you.

We are replacing everything. The shoe was broken so it came out like this.

Your photo resembles the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs or the 1/2" thick Series 160. Once you determine the coil springs your window uses, the supports can be found under the related items section of the coil product page.
