Balance System for Older Andersen Window

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me find a balance system for an older (probably early 80s) Andersen window. I was able to pull back the top plastic casing enough to snap a pic of part of the balance part #. I didn't want to take the entire window apart because it is a rental property and I need to make sure I have the right part before I replace it. In the pictures attached, I included a picture of the balance as well as the Andersen marking on the side of the window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

That number actually isn't the number we need. There should be another one somewhere, at the corner of the box or on the nail flange. Take a look, or send a full photo of the balance box, and we will find it.
