Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get? It should be 1" or 1.088" deep. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?

It match with 1.088. This seems like match with 26" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-26 2540 Which I put in my cart.

Thank you for getting back to us. This isn't the Series 385 or any of the stock choices we have on our website. Your balance has a special blue "washer" that connects the spring and pulley mechanism, which our stock balances lack.

With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) balances, which you can use to place an order on our website.
