Hi. Hope you can help. These are PGT windows. I have three pictures of the balance guide and also of the top guide. Not sure if there is a left and right ? The top guide may be broken or just worn ?

This looks a lot like our 19-005. They don't come in left or right. Check out the video below to see how you might reinstall a replacement on your balance.

Hi. Looks good for the balance. The video was very helpful.

Next problem is the top guide. That's why I asked if there was a left and right. These are PGT windows.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We are currently working on a possible replacement for this top sash guide. It looks like a close match, but I will let you know as soon as it is online and available to view.
