Balance anchor

I just purchased 4 balances and 4 shoes from you. Thank you However, I am missing a piece in my window frame and I don't know what it is called in order to order a replacement. The window is a HURD window (out of business). I can't replace my balance because it has nothing to hold it in place. Please advise.
