Balance and/or shoe

Question

Windows are approximately 18 years old and were manufactured by Chrystal windows in N.Y. We are looking for a replacement "shoe" or total balancer and shoe.

Hey Levond. Unfortunately this shoe is too damaged to properly ID. We will need you to remove an undamaged version and show us clear photos. Telling us the width and thickness of the shoe would also help a ton, as these are the key dimensions when it comes to pivot shoe identification. We'll do our best to find what you need from there.
