Balance assemblies are going bad

Question

I have a couple of balance assemblies going bad and would like to purchase repair parts before I remove the balance assemblies. I have the double hung windows. I have included the photos of the window data. Thank you for your help.

Hi, Russ. It's hard to tell what you have from these photos, as much of the balance system is obscured. That said, the pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-192, which is designed to work with our 3/4" thick Series 170 and Series 171. Could these be what you're looking for? The video below will explain how these parts come together.

If not, we will need clearer pictures of the assembly out of the window.
