Looking for balance boxes for the anderson double hung window model#30310. Part number is D73 7# 27-11-86. also has number 11600-17 on part. Can you identify this part and give us part number to purchase?

I think I can, yes. Based on your stamp of "7#27" I recommend our 24-737 Andersen sash balance.
