We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see clear images of both the top and bottom attachments to identify a possible replacement for your balance. Your fingers are covering the bottom attachment in your second photo and I can't make out if your top attachment has wings or not. If you could send us two clear photos of the attachments, that should be enough for us to get started. Thank you!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2650 spring strength options for your replacement balances. We recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window to make sure the windows weigh is equally distributed and prevent the older balance from breaking shortly after installation.
