The 15-029 shoe measures 7/8" deep. This isn't used with our stock balances but we can still help via custom order. Can you show us a photo of the top fitting of the balance? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? And how many balances would you like to order? 

Custom orders are non-refundable. We're confident our replacements will work for you as long as the information you've given is accurate. To outline it for you, we'll use a 29" metal channel with the 19-005 top fitting and 15-029 bottom shoe attached. The stamp for the replacements will be 2820; a pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 12 to 16 pounds. You can weigh the window sash on a scale to be sure.

Sure, we can help with this. Can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? What's the quantity you were looking to order? 

Hmm, I wasn't expecting that kind of stamp. I'm afraid we aren't familiar with it so we will need to know the exact weight of the window sash. We can get the ball rolling as soon as we have that. 

We can supply replacements with the 2930 stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds. We also have the 2940 stamp for a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds.

However, keep in mind that either of these stamp options won't support the window sash if it isn't within the weight range. That's why it's important to have the precise sash weight. Just something to keep in mind since custom orders are nonrefundable.
