Balance channel

I have a failed balance channel and would very much appreciate assistance in identifying what I need so I can purchase a pair from your company. I have enclosed pictures. The length of the metal channel by itself is 18" long. The number on the part is 17-4 J05 CMC 43. Thank you for your help.
