Balance coil?

Thanks for writing in! The hardware shown in the photos appears to be those associated with a coil balance assembly. I am confident that we can supply you with the replacements needed to repair this window. Although, I'll need to see them parts removed from the window to identify the correct replacement.

I am especially looking to see a photo of the pivot shoe. This will be the best way to identify the exact assembly you need.

I've included the video below to use as a reference when removing the hardware.
