Balance coil replacement

Wanted to know what I need to replace this part. It's from a traco window the dimensions are 9/16" in depth and 1 1/4" wide

Take a look at our 15-087, which uses the Series 180 coil springs, along with the other items under the related items section of the product page.

Is it possible to use my current coil housing pivot and just replace the coil springs?

Yes! You only need to replace what's broken. If your coil housing is undamaged and in good shape, you can reuse it.
