Balance coil replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe. The 15-228 is similar though. Take a look and see if the thickness and width align with your old part. This part is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils. You'll have to measure the width of your old spring band to confirm which one you'll need. 

To determine the spring weights, you'll have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.
