Balance coil setup

Having a hard time tracking this part down asked a few of my contractors can't seem to find hardware like this just hoping for some type of direction

I would recommend comparing the specifications of the 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs, to an undamaged balance assembly. Thanks for posting!
