Balance coil shoe

Question

This shoe is broken on the bottom and will not hold the weight of the window. So I need to order the correct shoe. The measurements are 3 inches tall and 2-1/4 inches wide.

Hey there. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil balance springs sold separately. Let us know if you have questions.
