Hi,

Would you happen to have a balance coil spring assembly on the attached photo?

Thickness is 1/2".
Spring no. is 8.
Coil housibg dim: 1 3/16" x 1 5/8"

Do you ship to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada?

We might have a good match for this spring, but I can't say for sure at this juncture. Before we go any further, can you please show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe that this spring connects to? That will allow me to narrow down the list of possible matches by a considerable amount. Thank you!

Your exact shoe is unfortunately isn't something we can supply, but the good news is that we have an alternative part that should work the same way. My suggestion is to use the 15-228 pivot shoe (1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick) along with an S160-7 coil spring and 15-150S single support housing. This spring holds 7 pounds per spring, so a pair will carry 14 pounds altogether. You might want to weigh your sash to verify that it is the same weight.
