Balance cords broken

Manufacturing date 7/84 on window glass. Numbers d15 7#27 on window balance. These were Anderson narrow lines double hung. Held by several heavy duty Staples. Hopefully this is enough information cuz I can't afford to have a hole in my wall while I'm trying to obtain parts.
