S500-29 Balance lnstalled window does not come all the way down Lacks a 1/2 inch

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Is it that the inside spiral rod does not extend enough? If so, I'm afraid we don't have an extended spiral for this balance. Would it be possible to redrill a new top installation hole 1/2" lower than the original to make up the difference?

Yes I figured that out or a longer one and move it up thank you
