Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can provide you with the replacement balances you are searching for but I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment to identify it. Please also include a photo of the pulley system in the center of the balance; this is where the spring and the string meet in the middle.

The stamp from the balance can only tell us the weight range the balance should be able to hold to support the weight of the sash. Unfortunately, we cannot use it to identify the exact balance you need.

Yes, this does help. Although, the photos do not include the pulley system in the center of the balance. 

Once I have that photo I can move forward with identifying the replacement balances you need.

Thanks! You can use either the S380-14 or the S385-14 to replace your balances. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. See the diagram below for reference.
