Balance for LBL 3000 window

Thanks for posting! I'll need to see a photo on unobstructed view of your coil balance assembly. There are a few assemblies that have a similar housing design but have different pivot cams and measurements. It also does not appear that your balances have a stamp on the housing, so you'll need to remove them to look for any stamps/marking on the metal coils. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash.
Our 26-243 and 26-244 can be considered for replacing the tilt latches but you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions to determine that these are the right replacements. If they are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written out.

3. The latch has the dimensions of your upper photo (2 5/8 x 11/16).
You'll need to be sure to compare the other dimensions for the latch to confirm that it will be a fit for you.
Your coil assembly appears to use the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. Although, if your sash only weighs 13.8lbs, the tandem housing wouldn't be necessary. You would only need the 15-087 and the S180-07 Coil Balance.
Are you certain that this is the weight of the window sash? Be sure to double check this.
