Balance for PeachTree double hung non-tilt window

A home owner from Tennessee says:

I need balances for Peachtree double hung non-tilt windows. See photos. A sticker inside the window says "ALI-CLASS A G0388 Type A". The bottom sash weighs 20 pounds. The balance is 32.25 inches long. The balance is broken and fell apart when I took it out (so I can't send a pic of it installed). A stamp on the balance says "3672". Based on another user's post I suspect I need S745-32 option 31.25-3. Can you please verify that?

I agree, this appears to be an S745-32. I would get the exact weight of the window sash to confirm the stamp option you need. You can match that exact weight with the weight ranges listed alongside the stamp options on the product page.
