Balance for aluminum windows

For both the channel balance and spiral balance, can you show us a photo of the stamps and confirm the quantity you're looking to order for each? We will also need you to write out the length of the metal channel as well as the length of the outer tube.

I'm afraid our department can't make phone calls. We can only respond right here on this page. I also want to mention that the lead time for these balances is typically 5-6 business weeks. They aren't parts we stock so we have to order them out, unfortunately.
I also want to clear up some details as I'm not sure what you mean by "aluminum" and "plastic". What we specifically need to know is the number of channel balances and spiral balances that you're looking to replace. Can you clarify which balances the 35", 54", and 44" are for? Note, the spiral balance outer tube length should end in 1/2".
What balances are in the window that weighs 125 pounds; the channel balances or spiral balances? We also need to know the sash weight for the other window that holds the other type of balance.
I don't have the original with stamp. Last contractor did not use proper balances. I sent you the measurements, I would like to place my order today. This job must be done before school starts again

It was relayed to me that the window that holds the spiral balances weighs 125 pounds which is a huge help. Let me know when you can get the sash weight for the window with the channel balances as well.
In addition to this, we need you to outline the lengths for each type of balance and the respective quantity. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we just want to be thorough and ensure we get you the right parts for your repair.
We are now looking to place another order for (18) more of the 54" gray tube balance, part of quote (2358). If we could get this quoted as soon as possible, that would be great.
