Balance for bottom sash

Hello, here is a picture in part number for a replacement part I need. This is a Weathershield double hung window. Balance for bottom sash part number 33TGX.
These views are side top & bottom & inside view. The length is 34 inches. Thank you.

To further review, are you able to show us an undamaged version? The balance should use a pulley cord that has a plastic shoe attached to it that sits in the window channel. Do you see any pieces still in the window channel?

Please also confirm the width of the metal channel. Thank you!
