Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance appears to match our Series 770. You mentioned that yours installs using a hook, though, whereas ours installs using a screw.

We can alter this to accept a hook for you, but only as a custom order. It's not otherwise a stock product.

Are you referring to the clip at the end of the cord? If so, they do appear to be the same, yes. You can review exactly what the Series 770 looks like on its store page, linked to in my responses here.

I'm happy to be of assistance, but keep in mind that our Series 770 is only designed to install using a screw. If yours uses a hook, we need to assemble that in our shop as a custom order. You should verify that before you buy anything on our site just to be safe.
