Balance for paella wood sash

Sash are wood with center sash tilt. Balance are 32" long with cord loop to hook on center of sash.
The spring in balance is 15" long.
Part no. On balance is 32252

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid we can't ID your balance from this photo. Are there any attachments that go with it? We'll need to see photos of them removed from the window in order to help.

These are the pics you requested for my Pella window. Hope this helps.
Pics show upper sash balance mounted on casing. The lower sash spring ( not shown) installs next to the upper sash balance.
Other pics shows mount on the side of the pane.

Thank you kindly for getting back to me. We've seen this balance before in the past but I'm afraid we're not able to supply replacements for it. Your best bet may be to contact Pella directly and see what they suggest. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
