Balance for vertical window

Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can replace this channel balance, but that top fitting is giving me some pause. Can you show it to me from a a top angle? I want to just confirm exactly what you're working with here. Many thanks. 

Thanks for that. We can replace this balance for you, but it has to be custom made due to its unique design. We can build for you 31" balances that have the 19-020 Top and 15-003 Bottom fittings attached, along with a stamp option of 3030 for a sash weighing between 16 through 23 lbs. How many balances did you need? From there I'll get a quote written up for you.
