My balance comes from an Alcan window. It is 24 inches from metal to metal. Has number on it. 2420

This looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2320.
