Balance for windows

Thanks for writing in! I am certain we can provide you with the replacement balances you are searching for but I'll need to confirm a few details to narrow down the right replacement. 

To start, may I see a photo of the bracket installed in the center of the balance? This is where the spring and the string meet in the middle. 

Please also confirm the depth (front to back measurement) of your bottom shoe; see the diagram below for reference.

Thanks for the additional photos. Since your shoe appears to have a 1" depth, I believe you'll need the S380-24 channel balance.

You'll need the 2330 and 2340 stamp options. Although, if these are for the same window, I would suggest double checking the sash weight; the stamps on a balance should match. There is a chart below the product description that lists the weight range each balance can support.
