Balance from certainteed window

It's 19.5" long.
The only marking on the whole thing is the number "3"

Can I round up to 20" when ordering?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking. 

Can you show us a photo of an intact stamp? You can use the balance on the other side of the window as a reference if it has a legible stamp.
