Balance guide for window lock

I'm looking for balance guide for atrium window , my window which slide up and down it does not lock it place , it just slide back down .. does your company have in stock?

I'm looking for balance guide for the window , it goes on each side of the window to keep the window balance , and when I open the window upward it will not stay up , it slide back down .
