I have a Millard window with 24? balance guides. They are stamped

23 4 HO Caldwell. Which Swisco guides should I use.

It looks like you could have either an S380-24 or S385-24 with a 2340 spring strength option. View the diagram below to choose the correct replacement balance. Thank you!

I need to replace 2 of my windows balance. Is stamped 23 4 .with one is the correct size?

A stamp of 23 4 indicates a 24" long channel balance with a 2340 stamp.
