Balance help

Question

Hello, My block and tackle strings broke and the pins that hold the spring popped out. I was looking at your 35" Series 770 balance, however my parts are stamped DB E04 35E. Only see an option up to 35D. I need 2. Do you offer a 35E or can I send you my 2 block and tackle to get repaired? Let me know if there are any options. Thank you.
