Perfect, thanks! This looks like it could be either our Series 390 or Series 351, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Look them over and let me know if you agree.

Hi Tom,
Back in Honduras and have take out balances and they are
Series 390 28" and 16".
Now stupid question are these sold as pairs or singles?
There are 8 windows at 28" and 6 windows at 16"

I just went to do a sample shopping cart and ran in to the
"stamp option"
They are single hung vinyl thermal pane. Can you tell from the pictures what they are or if I gave you window sizes
would that work?

The sizes are 36"x 38" and 36" x 62"

Thanks for getting back to us. These balances are sold individually, not in pairs.

As for the option, the size of the window doesn't really tell us anything, unfortunately. You can usually use the stamp printed on the old balances as a reference. Looks like yours are "27 4," which would be our 2740 stamp, and then "21 12," which is actually pretty unique. That MIGHT be our 2165, which can carry sashes weighing 30 through 34 pounds, but the only way to know for sure is to weigh your sash on a scale. We have a chart on the S390-22 store page that you can use as a reference.
