Balance help

Question

I am a home owner and I have some windows that will not stay open. They are non-tilt windows, that have broken balance on each side. I purchased some from your company but cannot seem to get them to work. They are 29

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. There is no way I can tell what you have based on your pictures, though, as your bottom shoe is damaged. You are going to have to find an undamaged shoe, or try your best to determine which is the better fit with the broken piece.
