I haven't found another balance on your site with 9 either holes or rivet locations. Don't know=w if it matters. Here are more photos

It's hard to tell what Series balance you have without seeing the top attachment. Do you have any on hand that aren't broken, perhaps from a window that still works? Even so, could I see a few pictures of even the broken pieces? That may give us a clue.

Perfect. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thank you so much! Its the 380 as the shoe is 1inch deep to the outer edge of the wings. My only other concern is sash guide for these that might work if you have any suggestions. I'll buy a couple otherwise just in case.
Awesome job!!

Sure, I'd be happy to recommend a top sash guide. I will need to see a few pictures of that to start, though.
