Hello there!
I'm sorry to say that we don't immediately recognize this balance at first glance, though it is familiar. Can you tell me if there is a stamp printed on the outer tube? If possible, you may want to check an undamaged balance with an intact cover. Would you also happen to know the maker of the window?
