Balance identification

Only markings appear to be the 17-4 on one side of channel. Unsure as to the specific product due to top and shoe variations. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 17-7/8" long.
Additionally, how many balances are you looking to replace?

Channel is indeed 17 7/8 inches in length. I would like to get a quote for two of these.
