Tim, thanks for the reply already. Here are pics of my channel. Shoes are riveted in place; but, bottom shoe measures 1 3/32". Channel is 30"; and, sash weighs 29.8#

Hey, Ron. Check out our Series 385 channel balance, this may be what you need.

Thanks, Tim/Tom/Paul for the help. The replacement balance channels arrived ahead of schedule, in spite of the Massive Snowstorm hitting your area; and, they went in easily.
