I want to order the above but Not sure if this is 15-001 and 19-005 Can you tell from picture ?

Hello. The 19-005 looks good, but it appears your bottom shoe has wings, while the 15-001 does not. See the 15-004, instead and compare our measurements and pictures to your own shoe as closely as you can. If this matches, see our Series 385 channel balance.
