Balance identification

Question

Top of channel guide has a notch in the middle close to 19-002 top & 15-002 shoe, could find one with a notch, that apparently catches on a yale stop at 4" from top of frame
didn't know how t make this picture smaller? house buitd in the mid 70'S

I would recommend looking over our Series 351 channel balance, 18-187 top sash guide pair, and the 90-293 plastic latch. See what you think.
