Balance identification requested

This is for a non tilt window. The balance has completely come apart, but I was hoping to get an identification before odering. It's 9/16" wide and 28in long.

Hello!

It appears you could have either our S351-28 or S390-28 channel balance, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. These balances look almost identical at first glance but each has a different shoe depth. The Series 351 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 390 comes with a 1-1/8" shoe. See the image below to determine which one matches up best. You will also need the 2730 spring strength option based on your 27C stamp.
