Balance identification s380 30

Question

Hello,
I installed the counterbalance and top sash guides with no problems except the window slides down about 50% , I double checked the original CB stamp and it says "30" so my guess is the springs are of a wrong weight. ???

Yes, it sounds like your springs are not strong enough. We have a chart on the S380-30 store page that lists each option and how much weight they support. You should weigh your window sash and compare what you get to this chart to determine the best match.
