Balance identification stamp 21 12

Thank you for contacting us. Before we go any further, I'd like you to confirm the length of the metal channel. Based on the stamp, it should be 22", but I wanted to be sure.

Speaking of the stamp, we don't have anything quite like yours. "12 12" is strange, as far as balance stamps go. I think it might equate to our more standard 2165 option, which carries 30 through 34 pounds. I'm not 100% sure of this, though. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale just to be 100% sure.
