I bought the S751-36 and everything works good except that it is too deep, it doesn't allow me to put the cover pieces back on, my order number is 2101716. It was done 06/09/23. I use the 35tg option.
if you look at the picture i send you have the old and the new right next to each other and the newone is about an 1/8 of an inch higher than the old one. Do you have other options?
Thanks for posting! It appears you have a balance that does have a knife lock shoe attached but it has a plain channel like the one for the S770-36. This will need to be a custom order balance.
I won't be able to use the stamp from the other balances to determine the stamp you'll need for the custom balances. With that said, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.
