I need to replace both balances on a single hung tilt window stamped " Unique 27-F-60" (unpainted with seperate white covers) total length is 28". Sash is approx 50 1/2" w X 36" h. What part number do I need to order? Also, are all the pivot shoes the same?

Thank you for posting, and for the pictures. Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble identifying what Series balance this might be. Could you perhaps show me a few pictures of a balance like this that hasn't broken?
Aside from that, I will also need to know what the length of the metal channel is, as well as the weight of your sash. With that information, I think we can work something out for you.
Finally, not all pivot shoes are the same. If you need to replace your pivot shoe as well, we would have to see a picture of it, along with dimensions. Please make sure to include the thickness and width.

In that case, could you upload a few pictures of the other end of your balance? I see you have on in the above picture, but we need to see the underside, as well.

In response to the post above, unfortunately, both balances are broken where the spring hooks into the pulley assembly. The travel of the channel is 30" and the weight of the sash is 41.6 lb's. After close examination of the piviot shoes they look to be in good order.

As requested, more balance pictures. Total spring length is 15" including hooks.

I'm still not quite sure, but please see our S770-28 channel balance with a 28F stamp. Do you think this would work? Does the piece on the end of the string match?
