Balance installation video

Question

Yes that's the number. I've watched a hundred videos on installation and the balance is always held in by a take out clip which is missing from my window.
Even if I hold it in by a temp screw it still doesn't catch because there's nothing on the sash to catch onto. It has me baffled

Ironically I'm the professional.
Are you familiar with a jamb liner pocket system. I need information on that

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. Using a screw in lieu of a take out clip is the tried and true method we've been using for years. If not even that worked for you, then I don't really know what else to recommend. I'm shocked it didn't work. There's nothing about your balance that would suggest to me that it wouldn't do the trick as normal.

Would you happen to have another window in the house that still has its take out clips? If so, show me a photo of that and we can work from there.
