Balance is wrong width

I purchased from your website already but the ones that were sent to me were the right length (35") but the width is too large so if you could please tell me the size of this one in the picture and how to return the other ones please respond as soon as possible on a time table please and thank you

According to that order, you had purchased our S600-35, which is 9/16" in diameter. You said you needed one that's smaller, but you didn't say what size you need.

You might want to consider the S900-35. This is 3/8", but you really should measure your diameter to be sure that this is accurate.
