Hi Bill,

The window balances you have appear to be the Series 770 Balances. Yours install at the top of the sash using a clip, so they'll need to be custom assemblies. I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements, I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. Be sure to double check that all of the stamps and lengths are the same.

The clip appears to be either the 19-029 (short) or 19-030 (long) S-clip. These are sold separately from the balances.

If you also need to replace the shoe the balance interacts with, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window.
